The challenge
An existing basement leaking through the walls and at the slab-to-wall joint. External access was impossible — the building adjoined neighbours on three sides.
The solution
We stopped the active water ingress by injecting expanding polyurethane resin, then applied a two-coat rigid waterproofing mortar to the walls and slab. Joints were treated with an embedded elastic tape.
The result
The space could be finished and brought into use as dry storage.
